Safety Policy for Staff, Clients, Students & Customers Post Covid-19
1. Salon is extremely still busy. We are not allowed to accept new client walk-ins so EVERY appointment may need to be pre-booked.
2. We can offer client consultations - via FaceTime or phone - before their appointment to assess their needs and prepare for their visit.
6. Change to salon/shop layout, staggered appointment times.
7. Therapist will provide an end to end service (welcoming, forms, treatment, hygiene & if needed, taking payment) to ensure less contact with others.
8. Will accept payments by cash but prefer by card The card machines be stored on till points but can be brought to beauty room to avoid the client moving around the salon?
9. Unfortunately, NO Children, NO Animals, and NO Waiting

Cancellations/No-Show Policy:
We reserve this time for YOU. We understand changes are needed but we ask for at least 24hrs notice or 50% of the full price will be charged. If you are more than 10 mins late we may not be able to accommodate the full service, but we will charge 100% of the service price. Thank you for understanding that everyone’s time is valuable. 50% Deposit on all salon treatments over £50

Cleaning Protocol
- Each beauty room will be sanitised between clients, by therapist. Couch, kit or tools used to be disinfected between use, including apron.
- Key areas will be regularly disinfected, Door handles, credit card readers, handrails, phone, counters, WC areas etc.
Unwell Client/Staff Protocol
How will we deal with clients/staff who appear to be unwell?
- Take temperature & isolate in salon.
- Call taxi or family member. & make sure gets home safely.
- Rebook client & add notes to client card.
Acrylic Face Shields used over clients face for facials, facial waxing and eye treatments.
Fogging Mist in shop / salon reception area - non-toxic to humans, animals, food and bath bombs. Cleans whole are in 30 mins.
